Young employees in supervisory roles (managers, department heads, branch managers, and other supervisory positions) in:
• Local government sector (Fujairah Government)
• Federal government sector
• Private sector
Arabic
• Outstanding leadership skills, passion for self-development, and readiness to take on future responsibilities
• At least 3 years of work experience
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
